Key Responsibilities

Bartenders:

• Manage bar stock, including ordering and inventory control.

Baristas:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks with attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure freshness of coffee beans and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or barista in a similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of drink preparation techniques and equipment.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in mixology (for bartenders) or barista training.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock tracking.
