Tuning and Repair Tech

Repair Techs could be placed in one of our Repair/Tuning locations or Demo Centers located on
mountain

What you’ll be doing:

  • Demonstrate our core values: Safety First, Striving to be the Best, and Showing that We Care
  • Safe Use of the Robotic Repair machine
  • Must be able to work in a professional manner and be able to explain technical terms to guest in
  • a manner that the guests will understand.
  • Able to conduct the following repairs: Sidewall repairs, edge repairs, installation of heli coils,
  • installation of leveling cants, top sheet repairs.
  • Responsible for following the shop safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of shop.
  • Responsible for binding adjustments.
  • Able to keep records in the prescribed manner.
  • We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to
  • assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate our core values: Safety First, Striving to be the best, and showing that we care
  • Hands-on experience in a ski/snowboard Tech shop a definite asset.
  • Working knowledge of binding design and function.
  • Basic knowledge of binding calibration is needed in lieu of actual calibration experience.
  • Basic knowledge of ski/snowboard construction types.
  • BC Drivers License and Drivers Abstract an asset.
  • Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check.
