Yes and Sun Peaks is a member of the ‘Mountain Collective’ group. As a staff member, you would be able use your pass at other resorts nearby like SilverStar or Revelstoke. However, check with your managers as there are typically ‘black out’ periods regarding the use of staff passes….so ‘know before you go’!

This employer is one of our newest partners and they have offered a limited range of roles, mainly in their large hotel. Housekeeping, front desk agent, various food & beverage roles both back and front of house, cashiers etc etc.

No – This property does offer a range of staff benefits (please see our website). However staff are offered to salary sacrifice for an upfront ski pass to one of the Big 3 mountains and pay it off.

The TWHC will assist with your first seasons contract. The ball is in your court – we help you get the job, you need to work hard to keep it. Ongoing extension of contracts are based on seasonal performance and at the determination of management, as is Housing. If in doubt – ask your manager. Sun Peaks operates a summer operation and should your performance be amazing during your season, you could expect to be asked about extending your contract.

This location, much like Silverstar is at elevation and once here, everything is within walking distance. The mountain is massive and offers loads of skiing and riding options based on the weather that day. Lots of restaurants and bars and their events schedule both summer and winter is increasing!

Saturation of Aussies is moderate. This number is increasing as this resort is getting way more coverage and exposure.

The average temperature is somewhere between -5 & -10 at the village elevation.

To progress up the management or responsibility ladder at this resort – means doing back to back seasons.
