POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Food and Beverage Attendants will demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills to ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest.
Responsibilities include:
- Take payment from guest for goods and services
- Maintenance and cleanliness of service areas and dining areas
- Stocking and maintenance of product level
- Ensuring guest satisfaction with prompt and friendly service
- Assist in preparation of products
- Ensuring correct cash and float security during operating hours
- Ensuring accurate cash, credit, debit and voucher transactions
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High attention to detail and good communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
