GUEST SERVICES AGENT 3 applications

Salary: $15.65/hour – Depending on the resort

Description:

Guest Service Agents provide an outstanding experience for guests. They are responsible for selling products, accepting payments and answering guest queries while creating a warm and welcoming environment. This is a key guest service role that requires and dealing with challenges in a friendly and professional manner.

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent guest service
• Determine needs and assist guests with their ski pass purchases in a knowledgeable manner; requires thorough understanding of the resorts’ services and products
• Deal with challenging guest situations in a friendly and professional manner
• Accept payment transactions and accurately complete daily cash-outs
• Assist with filing and organization
• Other duties as assigned

 Experience/Requirements:

• Passion for providing outstanding guest service
• Prior guest service experience
• Previous cash handling experience with the ability to accurately manage a cash float
• Strong self-initiative with a friendly and positive attitude
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills
• Possess conflict resolution skills
