The position of the Sales and Service Agent is responsible for selling lift tickets; season passes, taking booking for activities and guest service. This varied role is made up of Snow sports, Tickets and Guest Services.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize workload through highly developed planning and organizational skills
- Follow cash handling and close out procedures
- Execution of Guest Surveys in Resort
- Provide your Manager/Supervisor with suggestions for improved products/process, feedback/any issues/concerns
- Be flexible throughout the season as the weekly work schedule fluctuates with changing business levels
- Responsible for the provision of an excellent sales and service experience
- Responsible for ensuring that all bookings are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Provide Guest Service presence in resort, as well as gathering and communicating resort information
- Assist with various activities and events as required including registration process
- Ongoing interaction with Guests to promote all aspects of the Resort Activities
- Respond to all calls/emails in a friendly and prompt manner, following up within one week if no booking made at the time
- Make certain all products are understood so that each interaction is customized to the guest
- Listen to guests and deal with questions and concerns
- Follow cash handling and close out procedures
- Provide information and advice to guests to enable the purchase of products that suit their needs, this will include(but not limited to): Lift tickets, season passes, Tube Town activities, SnowSports Programs, Activities including snowmobiling, horse drawn sleigh rides, Santa gift giving and dinner tours
- Responsible in issuing all staff, comp, volunteers, RAM and Resort passes accurately according to provided lists
- Liaising with RSS Supervisor as well as the Tube Town Assistant Manager to book in groups at Tube Town. Checking group sizes, rates, schedule, staffing and any other booking criteria
- Work with the Schools department to help with Tube Town booking (invoicing, communication and issuing of tickets)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Unparalleled customer service skills – a natural enthusiasm for working with guests
- Previous experience in a similar sales and service role an asset
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- A highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic and hands on style
- Cash handling skills
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office (Excel) and POS system skills – will train on our system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Committed team player, resilient
Hours:
- Per week range between 25-40 F/T
- Operation hours can range from 9:00am till 8pm
