The Working Holiday Club is offering a working holiday experience in Croatia with no EU Work Visa or Passport required, open to all current and past UK & Canada participants.
This is an experience like no other! It is the perfect opportunity for those who are ready to work hard and play harder. You will be volunteering for a Boat Party in Split, Croatia selling tickets, with staff accommodation provided, free access to boat parties, night clubs & more.
You will be paid via a competitive commission scheme, so you have the opportunity to make cash while spending Summer in one of the most beautiful destinations in Europe.
We are currently filling spots from August 2024 onwards, with interviews being held online throughout May and June.
The Role:
You will be selling tickets to one of the best boat parties in Split. The role is all about meeting people, forming relationships and having fun while doing it.
You will be expected to promote events and will be given ample training to ensure you are comfortable with the role. You will be split into groups and work at the beach or local hotspots to sell tickets and promote events. This can involve approaching either hostel guests or tourists in local hotspots.
No previous experience is required, just a good attitude and an outgoing nature.
The details:
- Roughly four hours a day. You will have plenty of off time to spend at the beach, sight-see and soak up all that Split has to offer.
- This role is on a volunteer basis with a commission scheme, you earn from every single ticket you sell.
- Season runs from April to October, we are currently recruiting for August onwards.
- No uniform, very relaxed
Accommodation:
- Staff housing is provided in a staff house located 3 minutes away from Split Old Town. Shared dorms, communal kitchen and bathrooms with all bills & internet covered. Accommodation is fully air-conditioned, furnished, with access to a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

- Minimum 4-week commitment period
