We are looking for driven floor staff who are passionate about the hospitality industry. The atmosphere in our cafes is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality service. As a floor staff member, you will be quick on your feet, confident in delivering our steps of service and never mind getting your hands dirty!
Role Responsibilities:
• Provide a memorable experience for any and every customer that visits
•Maintain a positive and friendly approach to colleagues and customers
• Wear full and correct uniform always
• Undertake regular training programs

• Possess strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with colleagues and customers • Ability to problem solve and escalate complaints accordingly
