The Massage Therapist is to perform professional massage treatments to our Heliskiing guests and host a stretch class every morning. This position is also responsible for preparing all daily massage equipment and supplies as well as pre- booking any massage requests.
Preferred Skills and Core Competencies:
- Create and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere, welcoming guests and introducing massage procedures.
- Offer professional massage treatments in accordance with accepted certification practices.
- Be flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the guests.
- Lead an approximate 45 minute stretch class every morning.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally, and courteously.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, management and co-workers.
- Friendly personality and a genuine desire to help and please others.
- Able to connect, inform, and generate guests interest to ensure bookings.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Passion for working with people and the outdoors is an asset.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy is required.
- RMT License is considered an asset.
- Experience leading an independent massage practice is an asset.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
