Our guests feel safe skiing and snowboarding knowing that you performed the repairs. You are technically inclined and have experience with ski tuning. You take pride in providing guests with the best vacation and recreation experience possible. Please note: As a condition of employment all staff must be fully vaccinated.
You will:
- Care for and maintain all equipment and tools in the rental shop.
- Safely follow all operating procedures and report all safety issues to manager.
- Ensure maximum guest experience at all times.
- Perform ski repairs, ski tuning, and other maintenance as needed.
- Keep an inventory of ski supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Uphold all policies of the Rental Shop.
- Keep up to date on the latest changes and developments in skiing and ski tuning.
You:
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm for skiing and snow related activities.
- Display knowledge of skis, snowboards, and other related equipment.
- Have ski repair and tuning experience – preferred.
- Possess the ability to project, promote, and maintain a helpful customer service outlook.
- Are able to work independently, and have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Are able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Are able to move and lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
