The Server Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guests receive timely and friendly customer service from front of house staff. The Supervisor must have thorough knowledge of guest information to aid in handling all guest service issues. This position is solely responsible for all the front of house orientation and training of servers, café attendants, and the bartender. The Supervisor is required to oversee meal service, complete staff evaluations and give feedback when necessary.

- Record inventory accurately and regularly place orders with suppliers.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills when dealing with guests.
- Train and supervise the execution of fine dining service for a four-course dinner of up to 45 guests.
- Proper wine service along with an in-depth knowledge of wine and beer.
- Thorough knowledge about cocktails and mixology is required.
- Previous experience as a barista and use of espresso machine is valuable.
- Background in music and performance is preferred.
- Passion for working with people and the outdoors is an asset.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisor or management experience is an asset.
- Multiple languages are considered an asset.
- Serving it Right Certificate required.
- Food Safe Certificate is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
