QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Food Safe Level 1
- Demonstrate practical and technical hygiene and organizational skills with good knowledge in high volume, quality kitchen dish washing operations
- Capable of organizing and prioritizing high volume and demand work loads
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleanliness of the kitchen, cookware and equipment
- Quality control of all cleaned dishes and cookware by ensuring the kitchen is clean, well
- Maintained and organized at all times.
- Proper storage of all cleaned dishes and equipment in correct areas
- Operate dishwashing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
- Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
- Dispose of garbage and recycling, following company EMS guidelines
- Maintaining the cleaning schedule
- Assisting the culinary team with all requested food preparation duties
- Responsible for bathroom cleaning
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend all required SPRLLP orientation and training sessions
- Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the department including support of other departments and special promotions.
