The responsibility of the storeroom attendant is to ensure the accurate delivery and control of stock and supplies to various Food and Beverage departments through the resort.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance & security of storeroom at all times
- Ensure that all product is received & rotated in proper order
- Maintain all product in accordance with safe and proper handling procedures
- Accurate inventory control is essential
- Assist with product ordering as required
- Regularly communicate with other outlet supervisors to ensure the overall success of the department
- Deliver a variety of product & items on the property and within the village of Lake Louise itself
- Drive a variety of vehicles including pickup truck, ATV, 4×4 truck
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Self motivated, can work well in a team as well as independently
- Ensure quality of product & services offered at all times
- Must be in excellent physical condition, heavy lifting required
- Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departments
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s license (or international equivalent) with clean driving record (abstract/traffic history report
must be provided before commencement of employment)
- International driving license (obtained before arrival in Canada)
Work Schedule: 5days on/2 days off
Dress Code: Maintenance/Outdoor uniform – to be discussed at time of interview – must provide their own steel-toe boots
