Ski School Sales Host 1 application

Start Dates: Various dates thru November

Description: Proactive member of the Ski School team, marketing the programs & benefits of the Ski School Department. Responsible for the reservation and registration of guests, their equipment and lessons.

Location: These roles are typically in various locations around the base of both mountains – in Creekside, the main village & base of Blackcomb

Essential Functions:

• Be an ambassador for the resort by ensuring extensive knowledge of the entire resort and its facilities & current conditions
• Ability to offer information regarding current ski school programs, pricing, lift operations, current weather information and rental options
• Ability to listen to guests needs based on their budget, abilities and offer alternatives
• Understand and comprehend various software programs used thru the ski school, rentals and Guest services departments
• Communication skills
• Assist other departments when or if required Experience/Requirements
• Previous experience in sales and cash handling skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience with computer sales and reservations software
